Amazing office best team

I was looking for a new dentist in West Hollywood for dental implants, and I’m so happy I found Smile Lounge West Hollywood! From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was a brand-new, modern office — everything is spotless, high-tech, and so inviting.

I have really high dental anxiety, but the dentist and the entire team were incredibly kind, patient, and gentle. They explained every step, made sure I was comfortable, and honestly changed the way I feel about going to the dentist. The fees were very fair, especially for such a beautiful office and amazing care.

The location is perfect — right next to Trader Joe’s and my favorite cookie shop, Junior Cookies! I was able to walk there easily and loved the convenience.

This, my first experience with teeth whitening, was a very positive experience. And I could see the results right away. I am impressed, and keen to keep up my brighter whiter smile, so I will return.                                     I was glad to have been introduced to VIP Dental via a coupon I was given during Gay Pride parade, handed to me by Hannah, who I saw today. The staff all are nice people - especially since I am not a regular client with them (I live in the Bay Area - but sometimes work in West Hollywood.)                                              I wanted to try whitening my teeth - and where better to do that than in L.A., famous for people with bright smiles?                                                           This West Hollywood office is right on Santa Monica Blvd. I am so glad that they had an open time for my impromptu appointment, it makes my day. The VIP Dental Spas was the best place ever. I lost my flipper and had to go to a Birthday. It's the tooth to the front # 25 and when you smile everyone could see the tooth is missing. I was upset and was going to cancel but I got referred to VIP Dental and the did their magic in 20 mintues. I left their on cloud nine because I can smile again. Thank you so much. I’ve been to a lot of dentists over the years, and Smile Lounge in West Hollywood is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had.

Dr. Sherwin is an amazing dentist and genuinely such a great person. He really lives up to the “Smile Lounge” name — always friendly, always smiling, and most importantly, very honest and practical. I never feel like he’s trying to sell me on treatments I don’t need, which is huge when dental care can get so expensive.

The staff is friendly and efficient, and I love that everything is digital — no more piles of paperwork!
Most of all, I feel comfortable, safe, and taken care of here. That kind of trust is hard to find with a dentist. Highly recommend Smile Lounge and Dr. Sherwin!

Omg the best dentist place I’ve ever had seriously the staff and both doctors are amazing!  I’ve never had service like this before!  They took care of me on short notice fixed my teeth issues that no other dentist took care of and just amazing kind loving caring people!  These people care about you first! Going to the dentist is usually not high on my list of favorite things, but Dr. Matian somehow makes it a great experience. He’s always smiling and actually makes you feel comfortable and safe—no small feat in a dentist’s chair. His team is just as solid. Gonzo was super gentle with the X-rays, no rush, no stress. Melissa explained everything in a way that didn’t make me panic, and Katelynn always welcomes you like you matter, not just another appointment. I LOVE this place! All of the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. I swear...VIP Dental Spas, makes going to the dentist fun instead of dreadful! LGBT-friendly (which is great too).
